Important Payment Guidelines

1. Payment Deadlines

  • All fees must be paid before the start of the academic year.
  • Students who have not cleared fees will not be allowed to attend lectures, sit for exams, or participate in any university activities.

3. How to Pay at the Bank

When making bank payments:

  • New and continuing students must quote their Student Registration Number.

4. Payment Processing Time

  • Cash deposits take 48 hours to reflect on the student’s portal.

  • Ensure you obtain a credit advice from your remitting bank.
  • Send the credit advice to the respective bursar’s email for verification.

6. Sponsor Payments

Funds from sponsors such as:

  • Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
  • National Constituencies Development Fund (NGCDF)
  • County Government Bursaries

Will only be updated on the student’s account once received by the university.
